1. Agreement & Services Overview
By booking an event or submitting a proposal request with BLNDR, you agree to these Terms of Service. BLNDR provides turnkey pedal-powered stationary blender bike activations, beverage ingredients, professional hosting staff, and associated experiential marketing equipment for private and commercial events in Florida.
2. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms
- Deposit: A signed event agreement and deposit are required to guarantee date reservation.
- Final Balance: The remaining balance is due per the terms specified in your itemized event invoice.
- Payment Methods: We accept major Credit Cards, ACH bank transfers, corporate checks, and approved electronic payments.
3. Venue Space & Technical Requirements
The client/venue agrees to provide:
- A flat, stable, level floor or ground surface measuring at least 10 ft × 10 ft per bike station.
- Clear load-in access, elevator clearance if on upper floors, and approved staging area.
- Power: 0 Watts needed for blender bike operation. Standard electrical outlets are not required for bike blending.
- Appropriate indoor or shaded outdoor staging to protect fresh fruit and ingredients from direct Florida heat and rain.
4. Food Safety & Alcohol Compliance
All smoothies, mocktails, and beverage ingredients provided by BLNDR comply with applicable Florida Department of Health and food sanitation standards. In situations where alcoholic cocktails are blended, alcoholic spirits must be supplied and served in strict compliance with the venue's liquor license and applicable Florida state beverage laws.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing. Due to ingredient sourcing and staffing reservations, specific refund schedules and date transfer terms are outlined in each client's customized event contract.
6. Liability & Guest Safety
BLNDR blender bikes are commercial-grade stationary bicycles designed for safe operation by guests of varying fitness levels. Uniformed BLNDR hosts are present at all times to adjust saddle heights, secure blender pitchers, and supervise guest blending.
